Robin’s Headlight Restoration
Do your headlights lack the brightness they had when you first used them? Are they scratched? Have they started to yellow? Are they creating problems with visibility, especially on dark, rainy nights?
Before you take on the expense of replacing those headlights, why not consider headlight restoration? It’s more affordable than replacing them. Plus, with headlight restoration, you receive brighter illumination since the amount of light emitting from your vehicle is vastly increased.
Our experienced technicians can restore your headlights to like-new condition for better clarity and visibility. We can improve driving safety and give you the peace of mind you need to go out on the road at night, during fog, or in the rain.
Why should you get headlight restoration?
- Visibility is greatly reduced with worn out headlights.
- Yellowed headlights do not light up dark roads as well as restored ones.
- Night vision is reduced when headlights are scratched, yellowed, or dirty.
- Restored headlights simply look better.
- Having your headlights restored improves the value of your car.
- You save money when you restore instead of replace.
- Discounts available for fleet restoration
Works on all makes and models including Toyota, Honda, Ford, BMW, Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, Cadillac, Chrysler, Dodge, Acura, Nissan, Mazda, Mercedes, and any other manufacturer that uses plastic headlight covers.
Freightliner headlight problems?
Headlight Restoration provides safety for your drivers, and reduces liability issues. We service freightliner, city, state and government fleets. Including, but not limited to, police cars, ambulances, and school buses.
Our repair process
We understand just how upsetting a collision can be. Our team streamlines the collision repair process, keeping everything to a minimum time-frame so we can help our customers get their vehicles back out on the road as swiftly as possible.
Step 1:Our Estimate
One of our professional technicians assesses your vehicle, entering pertinent data into our computerized estimation program. This information is used to create an estimate for the cost of your repairs. It’s important to note that this estimate does not include the cost of any damage that remains hidden during the assessment.
Step 2:Insurance Review and Determination
Your insurance company may complete an internal estimate or request that you obtain an estimate from the auto repair shop. Once the insurance company has received the estimate, it is reviewed and a determination regarding your vehicle repair is rendered.
Step 3:Disassembly of the Vehicle
In order to assess the nature of any hidden damage, your vehicle is disassembled and inspected. If additional repairs are necessary, your insurance company is contacted directly for a supplement.
Step 4:Ordering of Parts Needed for Repair
Our staff determines which parts are needed to complete the repairs, checking for availability, and ordering those that are not currently stocked. Since the repair process cannot begin until necessary parts have been obtained, they are ordered quickly.
Step 5:Structural Repair
Our technicians work diligently to restore your vehicle’s structural integrity back to factory specifications. Each phase of this process undergoes monitoring using a sophisticated measuring system, a computer-operated measurement system in conjunction with specialized equipment that delivers precise factory-standard re-construction of your vehicle.
Step 6:Body Repair
Your vehicle begins to look like itself during this next stage of body repair. Our specialists complete all metal finishing, replacing exterior panels as needed. All sheet metal is properly aligned and installed so that your vehicle is returned to its pre-collision appearance.
Step 7:Paint Preparation and Completion
First, each panel is properly prepared for paint application. Then, the panels are primed and sealed so that they offer strong adhesion for the top paint color as well as for the clear coat that is applied.
Step 8:Reassembly
During this phase, your vehicle is put back together so that it is nearly ready for you. All components and moldings are restored to their initial location in preparation of the final stage.
Step 9:Detailing and Delivery
After cleaning your vehicle from dust and debris accumulated during the repair process, our technicians complete a thorough inspection to ensure that everything is in order.
